I am sharing a picture of a beautiful stained glass window at Alexandra Palace-North London.

I was there for a Yoga/Mind/Body/Spirit

exhibition this afternoon.

I was intrigued by the symbolism of the design.

There is a ring of 10 squares contained in it. It seemed very resonant with this Galactic Atlas journey.

I will meditate on it.

The whole building had a very light-high vibe energy today.xx
