In our Welsh language, yr hen Iaith Cymraeg, we have a saying " Rhaid dod yn ol at fy nghoed" . Literally it translates as 'I must come back to my trees' - It means returning to a balanced state of mind. I heard the tenor who was flustered after arriving late to choir practice muttering " rhaid dod yn ol at fy nghoed" It is used in common parlance .The old languages hold profound wisdom connected to nature.
