About QHHT
Hi tribe, I recently came across the modality of QHHT as a regression technique and then I remembered someone in the tribe was certified in it. Could someone explain more about it and whether it’s superior to past life regressions. When is one better than the other? Can it be done online? Any recommendations around Bay Area in California? Thank you.

I know a bit about it. I had a QHHT session about 3 years ago actually. There's an official QHHT site with a list of practitioners, but you probably already know that. I chose mine from there.
I did past life regressions long ago, with a boyfriend actually, where we guided each other. In that, which still holds powerful memories, it was simply that - a past life regression, end. We used a past life regression book to prompt how to do it. Both then and with QHHT there was that first prompt - look down at your feet. Getting to the past life was different - first time a staircase going down, and with QHHT I remember clouds...
In my personal experience of QHHT - I was awake and aware the whole time (laying down, eyes closed). They record the session for you (at least my practitioner did). The whole thing is about 3-4 hours. She prompted me to go to a past life, and for me, it was a simple life, a simple man with a simple mind, in the desert, a farmer long long ago like in Egypt, fell in love, got married, had kids, died with my loving family around me, happy, complete. She asked a lot of questions, getting extreme detail of this past life, for about 45 minutes. I remember thinking, "Why do I have to give so very many details to such a simple life?" She then called on my Higher Self and asked questions, which went much longer than the regression. About the past life lessons and purpose, which I certainly got an answer to (Why knock down "simple"? To enjoy life, to love, to uplift all around you - that's powerful stuff!), about questions I had ahead of time (like around my Narcolepsy). Man, my Higher Self wasn't all sweet and soft - quite feisty and an attitude, perfect really. I was aware of both "regular me" and my thoughts, and my Higher Self at the same time.
Anyhoo - you've prompted me to go back and take a listen - I feel like that was 20 years ago that I did that! Thanks! You'll find the perfect practitioner at the perfect time!
