Vibrational Healing/Quantum Healing

Hello All, I'm wondering whether anyone in our community has had experience of Quantum Healing or can point me to someone experienced in this branch of healing? I have an ailing right hip - diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Mobility has worsened over the years and so has the discomfort. I believe that the body has the ability to self-heal. I prefer to avoid surgery but, my circle of non-vibrational people are urging that I choose surgery - which I wd prefer to avoid. I am about to research Sound Frequency with tuning forks.
However, perhaps there are further suggestions that a member(s) here have tried with success?

So many options out there! I'm sure the perfect support will come in as needed. I myself am continually trying to remain open, including western medicine, though I have found that energy work in all ways does heal most, and yes, there are some things western medicine is expert and miraculous at. I can't speak to diet, as I'm also 95% vegan (lately I've been having yogurt) since 2016. Every body is different and needs different foods at different times. I try to remain open on that one but it is a challenge since I'm not vegan for "health" reasons.
