My totem as given to me on Vancouver is the owl although the turtle has helped me greatly sleep better at night( under my bed as suggested by an Indian Vastu ( Indian form of feng shui) teacher.

Born and raised catholic but have been a practicing Buddhist for 30 years and love all things Mayan, yoga, meditation and healing, vedic/sidereal and tropical. However leaning more into sidereal at present.

I am loving this community and Bella and Dayvd need bottling... so we preserve them for many many years to come.
