Hello beautiful QPW Plant Loving Folk

I'm popping up today on this last day of the moon of cooperation and leaning into the courage of the warrior with just a few photo shares of some of the special plants I have lovingly brought into my home in my little garden on the outskirts of the city (Liverpool UK)

I'm also expressing a wish to share more of the essences and dried herbs with tribe members for exchanges (financial or otherwise) 🌿🥰

It is so beautiful to see my gorgeous allies "pop" at this time of year and I am so grateful for their abundant and bountiful presence in my life 🌿

It's almost bitter-sweet as I'm in the process of clearing and letting go of this home and the nature I've so lovingly tended here as my house is sold, and I am just awaiting my new home to present in my 3D reality!

I have lots of broadleaf plantain growing,. When I pick a stem, it brakes off, but there’s lingering strings that pull kind of like tendons or ligaments.

it’s like the metatarsals of a hand or foot are clearly defined on the leaf and the strings are pulling right up the stem. I have a feeling this plant is very good for healing tendons ligaments, and will be great for me because my hands get strained when I’m grasping a steering wheel or watering can.

Thank you for sharing this insight, Mariposa! I have some tendon issues myself and there is quite a bit of plantain growing on my property at present.

Plantain 2

I will add some more as it only takes 3 at this size cant group them! At the water meadow, 5ft high herb banks with Horsetail ,Valerian, Mugwort, Rose bay Willow and greater willow herb tons more Meadowsweet, yarrow, .. Tried eating the Plantain, it is really tough ended up spitting it out, but thanked it for the juice I got, then tried steaming but still leathery, so I will stick to tincture, and salve as will go back and collect now it has stopped raining, had my blind friend on a walk show me how to Pop the Plantain seed head, 3rd time he did it, he remembers doing it as a child.. x

A friend has recommended that I try it either in oil (my maceration is not yet ready) or a leaf rubbed to release the juices to put on allergic skin reactions. I have been waking up with puffy + irritated skin around me eyes for the last 3 weeks. 'No.1 cat' likes to assure his position by sleeping right next to my pillow...or on it if he can, whilst I'm asleep ! I've been just about keeping a lid on it with St John's Wort oil up until now. Will see how the plantain works
