Hi everyone!  It's almost time for our 4th session on Saturday at 12:00 Central.  This week we will continue our exploration of 'Freeing our Fascia' and begin crossing into 'Circulate the Qi'.

Saturday is a double Red Serpent glyph day so an amazing day to work with our lifeforce energy! I look forward to seeing many of you.
