Tried eating the Plantain, it is really tough ended up spitting it out, but thanked it for the juice I got, then tried steaming but still leathery, so I will stick to tincture, and salve as will go back and collect now it has stopped raining, had my blind friend on a walk show me how to Pop the Plantain seed head, 3rd time he did it, he remembers doing it as a child.. x
