I have lots of broadleaf plantain growing,. When I pick a stem, it brakes off, but there’s lingering strings that pull kind of like tendons or ligaments.

it’s like the metatarsals of a hand or foot are clearly defined on the leaf and the strings are pulling right up the stem. I have a feeling this plant is very good for healing tendons ligaments, and will be great for me because my hands get strained when I’m grasping a steering wheel or watering can.

Thank you for sharing this insight, Mariposa! I have some tendon issues myself and there is quite a bit of plantain growing on my property at present.
