As for plants to deep dive into - there are so many common yet interesting ones. :)
Just today for example, I was picking meadowsweet (filipendula ulmaria I think) while being attacked by all the mosquitos of the western half of the county of Södermanland.
And then there’s Fireweed (Chamaenerion angustifolium), also in bloom now, which is rather early.
And then there’s this little beauty that I don’t know the English common name of, Potentilla erecta. We call it the equivalent of blood root.
Hey Sanna - love the post. Did you collect some Fireweed by any chance? If not then I definitely recommend doing so. Our Tribe sister Catherine who is a homeopathist and who has been helping me to heal sent me the most incredible Fireweed tincture that she made. It was so potent that when I took it I could feel Lady Fireweed actually scanning my field looking for trauma files, and old unhelpful programmes etc.
She directly helped me to quickly release the trauma of the 'accident' and my fall which i initally had quite a few flashbacks from and gently allowed all those traumas to dissolve.
I think we are going to need a lot of Fireweed (Rosebay Willow Herb) in the coming weeks. Maybe if a bunch of us work with it we can put htat healing energy into the collective field?
Pete and I's next plant video transmission is not deciced yet but it could well be this plant which we have never really done a deep dive on before.
And yeah - mosquitoes - grrr -been grappling with those and many other biting insects for weeks
