I love getting reflections in my world outside of our little tribe. I did a 1/2 day workshop with movement, breathwork, and sound healing.

At the end, the guy leading it shared shortly about how everything is so extreme now, so apparent, all the heavy dark stuff and all the wonderful light stuff. He shared about how it's not like to ignore the dark stuff, but to choose where we put our attention while aware of it all. And that that the hard stuff isn't bad, it's all part of the deal of life. He talked about how it seems all about the nervous system now, taking care of our nervous systems.

Later that day, a friend said, "I'm not shocked by anything anymore" (like in the news). I thought - that's it! To have our nervous systems be able to handle anything.
