Yes, feeling unwell for almost a week of sudden shift in energy where I had to just lie down midday. Been having feverish achy body, which to me is a sign of major releases, as known from the healings in the past.

I had to take a leave from the tech valley and come to the ocean to find respite. I meditated on the beach and needed more rest after.

For me, I’m going to enjoy fun activities and take a breather from “spiritual-mind “ just briefly and give the body time to catch up. Nutrition, sleep and hydration, and fun. And to remember the beauty in this journey of transmutation. 💛
