So what is the Agenda for this Wavespell? Lets look at its main characteristics.

It is the Second Wavespell in the Tzolkin and the  Second in the  Red Eastern Castle of Turning. The agenda for this 13 day period is "Enchantment".

It is a time for exploring the extraordinary, a time for following the rabbit down the rabbit hole.

There is more to life than meets the eye and the White Wizard is the Shaman of the Tzolkin.

Another name for Wizard is Jaguar. Mayan Shamans wore a Jaguar pelt around them when they held sacred ceremonies. Taking plants from the rain forest that had hallucinating properties, the Shamans would hope to become 'enchanted' and see into Worlds otherwise unseen. 

During these 13 days you can explore other Worlds and be a bit of a Wizard yourself. The White Wizard Wavespell concludes with White Cosmic  Worldbridger… 

so where you began the 13 day journey with "attracting enchantment" it culminates with "transcending a bridge across the World".
