Hello Everyone,

I just had an incline to share what came up for me during my meditation today.

• in order to fly higher you must release the heaviness from your heart

• Find your song/voice and sing like the birds (light language)

• Ground the beat of your heart with the beat of Mother Earth’s (you can only fly as high as your roots are deep) Ps. I was blessed to have seen an Eagle today flying high high in the sky … circiling above before making its move .(patiently/certainty)

• So I feel the circle has symbology with the Eagle also
