The Tzolkin neatly divides into Five sections referred to as Castles.

Within each Castle are Four Wavespells. Each castle lasts 52 days.

When you live with the calendar you begin to notice that the Castles are in a sense like seasons with their own character.

Paying attention to which Wavespell you are in is important but it is also useful to know what Castle you are in.

The Fourth Castle moves from the Blue Western Castle of Burning and crosses  to the Yellow Southern Castle of Giving. 

This Castle entails Four Wavespells of Giving.

After the Intensity of the previous Blue Western Castle of Burning this Castle comes as a welcome relief.

As a result of the last 52 days you should be well prepared for the First Wavespell in this Castle, The Red Earth Wavespell.

 The Yellow Southern Castle of Giving is the Fourth Castle and contains:

 Red Earth  White Dog, Blue Night and Yellow Warrior Wavespells.

The First Wavespell in this Castle is the Red Earth Wavespell is all about evolution, so put to use the lessons you have learnt recently.

 The Second Wavespell is the White Dog Wavespell. It is the Wavespell of Love. As this is the Castle of Giving give someone you love your heart

and someone may Give you some Love.

The Third Wavespell is the Blue Night Wavespell. This Wavespell is all about Giving your dreams the opportunity to come true.

The Last Wavespell is the Yellow Warrior Wavespell. This Wavespell is all about your Quest in life. So Give your Quest the respect it deserves.
