Harvest
Following Adele and Mike post about Samhain harvest, I will join in, I have only took photos of my main crop, pumpkins, I loooove pumpkins, in soup, mash, stuffed, roasted, tart😍
Also added some piment d’espelette, fameuse in Pays Basque région, where you can see some drying on house wall.
Then it is reduced in powder and used in many régional dishes.
The green one are called piment landais traditionnel from this area, not spicy.
Used in a famous dish Piperade which consist of those piments, onions, tomatoes, herbs, and some piment d’espelette of course😋. Can cook some fried eggs into the sauce.
Thankful for all this abundance, we also had plenty of courgettes, tomatoes, beans, beetroots, potatoes, .... and many chestnuts too....to all beings, elements, soil...🙏🙏🙏

Wow, Sandrine. This is amazing. What green fingers you have! And thrilling abundance. Adele always spreads out the seeds from squashes etc and marvels at the potential that we are provided within every fruit. Our journey back to full relationship with Mother Earth and all of the web of life is so uplifting when we pause to observe these things. Beautiful share. Thank you. 🙏🙏🙏🌈🌈🌈❤️❤️❤️
