Does Anyone Know About This?

Apologies for posting my query in this group. However, I feel that this is somewhere where like-minded invidviduals reside and thus, may have answers; I recenty received an email from one of my go-to suppliers for essential oils in NL; in their recent email newsletter they explain that it is now a requirement for B2B to ferry all invoices via a 'non'-govt'l institution called, PEPPOL. Apparently, this digitilisation of invoices via this same institution is being spread wordlwide. Does anyone have knowledge or have had dealings with said organisation? I have copy-pasted here a google search description. Should I be on the alert - I want to AVOID as uch as poss, any connection with digital tracking should I wish to do business online .
Tracking e-invoices through the PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) network benefits a wide spectrum of stakeholders, from government bodies aiming to reduce tax gaps to small businesses seeking faster payments.
By utilizing a standardized, four-corner model, PEPPOL ensures that electronic documents are sent securely and can be traced in real-time, providing significant efficiency and security advantages over traditional email or paper-based invoicing.

You can proly use Equity in this case. But it takes a while to learn how to do it. Here's one rabbit hole for learning Natural Law, there are many: https://private.life/portal/
