Sharing the light from Diwali that was celebrated this past new moon. Also sending the beauty of this time of the year from three different places - India, California and Pennsylvania, around my Solar Return in various years.

India - Diwali celebrations lighting diyas, handmade rangoli on the floor, praying to Tulsi ma, Shankhapushpi flower (powerful ayurvedic herb as brain/nervine tonic, (lit.) flower of the conch shell shape), Himalayas and Dal Lake in Kashmir.

California - The little Santa Cruz mountain dwellers, Bixby bridge Big Sur coast - Pacific Coast Highway, Mount Tamalpais/Stinson Beach Marin County pacific coast

Pennsylvania - Colors, backyard filled with three types of Maple (sugar, red, japanese), Hemlock, two types of Oak (white, red), Fir, Spruce, Elder, Mugwort, Beech, a sheet of dandelion consumed straight from the ground - flowers and all :) and more beautiful beings than I can remember, all by a babbling stream only a jump away.
