Schisandra
I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with this plant. For some reason, it was calling to me at the health food store, and so I purchased a tincture. I have done the regular online research, but I’m wondering if any of you have a relationship with this plant. For me, it is tasting like liquid sunshine, and I’m feeling very rejuvenated by it.I’m wondering if it has a relationship to the sun. Any thoughts? ☀️🌱✨

It’s a wonderful Chinese herb, Wu Wei Zi (five flavour seed). It’s incredibly nourishing and is a great adaptogen and tonic, especially good in spring as it’s also supportive of cleansing the liver. Personally I’ve always felt that it’s a good friend of Dandelion!
