Hi All, Try for an update again as all disappeared last night after typing in, realised I had to process more from the Equinox and the work i did there., and stay focused...

Well first the Blue Galactic Eagle Day and energy holding at Lastingham Church, N Yorks with Mike and Adele.. I found some lovely pics of the church and Crypt area, but got stuck on one of an Alter that was a stone table with four legs and small window behind.. I recently received a Healing Field Disc for healing and clearing, that i have worked with for body land/place from the Arcturians.. and David Clements... I felt myself there in that Alter room and asked for permission here, from Church and Land. called in my guides . I used the disc to clear the room then the complete church.. Felt an enlightening of energy. and a blessing.

That afternoon when walking the dog in the woods a Sparrowhawk zoomed through with a catch and a hord of Magpies shreeking crazily after .. The hawk sat not far away and proceeded to dismember the catch, the birds now silent.. I thought of the keen eyed clear sighted Eagle of the day, brave and daring, power of vision and mind, concise in its actions.. So thankyou Mike and Adele for inviting, i have only tried a few distance healing So is opening power and vision in me..xx
