Happy Chinese New Year everyone!

I had a dream for the tribe a few weeks back and have been meaning to share it with you all:

I was in a chamber in the sun, and he was explaining that his light codes are helping to drive our transformation at present. They're helping us to surface old programmes and stories that aren't beneficial, and essentially upgrade them. The process for this is really straightforward (he explained): all we need do is accept and thank the codes as they come in, and then when we find ourselves with a story that's looping, pause, breathe, and notice the emotion under it. With that attention and with the light that is present we can let is dissolve / dissipate and welcome in something new. It was a really bright and shiny and encouraging dream ... we can trust the process and our body's to navigate this whole experience with grace as we're here at this time for a reason.
