Earth shaking 8.8 quake
It just occurred to me that I was feeling a tremor or shakiness the whole day yesterday whenever I sat down to meditate. And just now I linked it to the major 8.8 earthquake off the Russian coast. I thought it was tiredness but may be the energy was propagating through me here in California. Apparently it triggered tsunami warnings all the way to US west coast and Hawaii!
Did anyone else experience intense energies for the past couple of days? My head felt stretched and pulled in all directions.

Hi Yes I have had intense build up of wired energy and full on body agitation, extreme hissing in the ears at build up and time of the earthquake,stopped me meditating or doing anything, so went outside and listened to life and movement on Gaia then walked to calm and music to try and mellow into, have had some similar shakes with the aftershocks too.. Wow i thought it was Sunspots and Schumann resonance which had upscaled until i heard of the Earthquake this morning in U.K.. Conferred with my sister who also had some low sounding tinnitus, she never had this before.🌈 yes Beth great idea to connect to the planets, asteroids and sol. 🐬
P.S That afternoon after my sister sent me photos of baby swallows sitting on her greenhouse frame and being fed by parents, i had 2 baby doves sit in a tree mid garden for hrs very content and watching me closely.. 🕊️
