MYSTERY, DEATH AND DEEP GRIEF…
I went out this morning and found our sweet kitty Toby lying in the yard dead. His insides had been eaten but otherwise he lay peacefully on his side as if resting the grass. About a foot away from him was a baby blue jay, sitting perfectly still in the grass and also dead. Adult blue jay feathers were scattered all around the scene, some in clumps of three, some single. The baby was untouched- no punctures from cat teeth, no injuries whatsoever, just sitting perfectly. What happened here I don't know, I just know that our sweet kitty Toby is dead. I've been a mess all day and my head feels like it's going to split from crying. 😭😭😭
My children's dad brought them home for me to break the news to them and so we could bury him together. They just left. While we were out in the yard trying to deduce what might have transpired, we found a baby bunny who had most of the skin torn off his back. We caught him and called the animal rescue, who after hearing the extent of the damage said it wasn't worth the drive to bring him to her. So now I have a baby bunny in hospice care in a box in my daughter's room. 🥺😢
What a full moon. If anyone has any interpretations, intuitions or ideas I'm open to hearing them. My brain is just unable to make sense of any of this right now. I'm just wandering around my house feeling so lost and heartbroken in this moment…😭😺💔
Jen, my heart feels your deep grief and questioning. I have both a feline and canine that fills my earthly days with joy (as we are childless). And it’s a deep deep emptiness when they leave having lived among animals all my life. And without little sense to make of it when something like this happens. If I may share, the fact of so many animal spirit energies are present is a thread to flow in as you hold these questions in your heart. Several weeks ago I had a multi animal passing of a baby skunk in our vegetable garden as it was found with a mole under its body. And something got both of them. What came in when I was thinking about what happened to you was “killer whale”. We just went through the crystalline moon w the rabbit as totem. And the stellar nation of the whales and dolphins being a harmonic flow of the galactic tone. And SN speaks of the celestial orca that was programmed as a preditor and this preditor energy came in during Atlantis. The celestial orca has a deep and direct connection w the galactic laws. It feels that perhaps the animals might also be collectively attuning and healing in the bridge of ascension? I am sending you much love and light from my heart.
