I am part way through watching Davyd & Bella's YT video about this current 13 day wavespell. Yes, that's me!

Somewhere along the video was a warning about receiving too much light at one time? I think this was also mentioned in a recent video with ZAC - I think I may also have heard this mentioned on yet, another YT video or podcast featuring, Dr David Clements. Well, I must say, that I wholeheartedly BLESS whatever ray of sunshine that smiles upon me on a morning b'c it is only there for maybe 15 min or so before the skies become overcast for the rest of the day.

I know about the Sun throwing out projectiles or solar flares for several years now, and I have also noticed its colour change from ' egg yolk' yellow to a bright white with paler yellow tones within it. Normally, when I get the opportunity to do so, I look into the sun and 'flutter' my eye lids for a minute or two before closing and totally basking in those divine sun rays. This morning however - WOW! It was around 10:15/10:30hr (Central European Time) - my daughter's former bedroom faces directly due south and I could already sense through prickles of sunlight piercing thro' the tiny holes of the unraised shutters that, Ra was waiting to greet me 🤩! My WORD! This time, I really had to keep my eyelids closed and even then, the Sun's rays filtered through my closed eyelids. To me, it felt blissful. My entire body felt absooutely ' ZinnnGG! or rather, it felt more like, 'RA,AAAAhhh!' Beautiful rainbow colours blending and fusing throughought my body. It was beautiful! Never seen the Sun THAT intensely BRIGHT before.

Other than that; I am feeling really slow,w,w also easily tired. I do find myself rather ' busy' due to it being Xmas and with family & extended family visiting as, I am ' the cook', although, at the sametime, I have a strong sense of being ' settled' by ' the unseen' and do not feel as ' hyper' nor in a panic as I would be generally - wait until several hours later today!
