Welcome everyone to The Way of the Solar Dragon!  I'm grateful to have this opportunity to share my love of Qigong with you and be of service to the QPW Community.  

The live sessions will be held each Saturday at 12:00 Central Time on Zoom.  Each session will last 60 minutes. The sessions will be about 45 minutes of teaching to start and the last 15 minutes or so available for questions.  

Following each session, the recording will be posted to this Qigong Group for replay.
